  The lastSession file was a full JSON stringify and write on the UI thread each turn; nothing loads it unasked. The server transcript is the record and /save still exports.

  Collapsed cards kept full payloads laid out; the closed inspector kept filtering every event. The inspector now reopens on its first tab.

  Each token rebuilt and re-parsed the live text block. Tokens now land at most every 80 ms, before any other frame, and only when the Panel opens if it is closed.
